Prohibitory symbol on VM after install and reboot MacOS 10.12 installed on VMware ESXi 6.0 ?

When install MacOS Sierra – 10.12 as VM on ESXi you must change dysk type to SCSI.

  1. Create VM
  2. Choose Typical and press Next
  3. Write name and press Next
  4. Choose Resource Poll and press Next
  5. Choose Storage for VM and press Next
  6. On Guest Operating System select Other and Apple Mac OS X 10.10 (64-bit) and press Next
  7. On Network press Next
  8. Don’t worry about size this disk will be deleted
  9. Select Edit the virtual machine settings before completion and press Finish
  10. Find Hard Disk 1 and press Remove
  11. Press ADD
  12. Choose Hard Disk
  13. Press Next
  14. Set Create a new virtual disk and press Next
  15. Set disk size and Provisioning and Press Next
  16.  You will see that Virtual Device Node is SCSI press Next and Finish

Now you can install MacOS 🙂
